PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Sign-up for only ONE other member beside yourself to facilitate playing with other members rather than the same foursome every week.
  2. For the major tournaments (Captain’s Cup, Club Championship, Field Day and Turkey Shoot) the tournament chairperson will block out the time for the event and those who are NOT participating in the tournament should sign-up outside of blocked time.
  3. A competition sign-in sheet and a sample scorecard will be posted on the bulletin board for each competition.
    1. You MUST sign-in regardless of your intent not to compete that week.
    2. Those members with a handicap index of 18.9 or less should be in Division I.  All players in Division I should be playing from the white tees and their handicaps adjusted, accordingly.
    3. Use the posted sample scorecard as an example of how to calculate the final scores for the day’s tournament.
    4. Final scores are to be entered on the competition sign-in sheet.
  4. Scorecards MUST be signed, attested, and turned in, to qualify.
    1. Make sure to enter the FIRST AND LAST NAME of each player on the score cards.
  5. Scores are to be recorded in the colored Eclectic (Ecci/Birdie) books.
    1. Enter the date and individual scores for each hole.  Circle all sub-par scores (birdies, eagles, etc).
    2. Only your hole scores are to be entered in each space (do not enter score and putts for each hole)
    3. If desired, total putts may be recorded in the Putts column.
